स्थानीय निकाय (गा.वि.स. वा नगरपालिका) वाट मृतकसंगको नाताप्रमाणित कागजात एक थान तयार पार्ने । सो कागज तयार पार्दा मृतकका हकदारहरू जस्तै पती/पत्नी, छोराछोरीहरू, आमावावु र आश्रित दिदीवहिनीहरूको मृतकसँगको नाता स्पष्ट उल्लेख हुनुपर्नेछ । Please prepare Verification of Relationship Certificate by including the names of all the legal heirs (husband/wife, all children, both parents and dependent siblings) from your local authority (VDC or Municipal Office).

सो कागजलार्इ कानून किताव व्यवस्था समिति वा नोटरी पव्लिकवाट अंग्रेजीमा अनुवाद गराउने । अनुवाद गर्नेको हस्ताक्षर र छाप हुनु अनिवार्य छ ।Translate this paper from the Law Books Management Committee or the Notary Public with the latter's signature and stamp.

सो कागजात परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयको प्रमाणिकरण शाखावाट प्रमाणित गराउने ।Get it attested from the Consular section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kathmandu.

सो कागज लिर्इ सवैजना हकदारहरू परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयस्थित कानूनी परामर्श शाखामा सम्पर्क राख्ने ।Please contact the Consular and Legal Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kathmandu. All legal heirs whose names appear in the Verification of Relationship Certificate should go to the Section.

निवेदन दिएपश्चात त्यहाँ कार्यालयवाट उपलव्ध हुने Power of Attorney र मञ्जुरीनामा नामका दुर्इ छुट्टाछुट्टै कागजात एउटै मसीले स्पष्टसँग भरेर त्यहाँका अधिकृतको रोहवरमा हस्ताक्षर गर्ने र ल्याप्चे लगाउने (सम्पर्क फोन नं., र्इमेल आदि समेत राख्ने) ।Please fill in the two forms (Power of Attorney and Consent Letter) available at your request in the Section and sign/put your thumb impressions in the presence of the Officer there.

तयार भएका तीनवटै कागजातहरू सोही कार्यालयमा छाडिदिने । आवेदनको प्रकृया पूरा भयो । यस प्रकारका मुद्दाहरूले लामो समय लिन सक्ने भएको हुँदा आवेदन दिएको मनासिव समयपछि राजदूतावासमा सोझै सम्पर्क राख्न सकिने छ । यदि युएर्इमा कुनै आफन्त वा साथी भएमा निजलार्इ राजदूतावासमा सम्पर्क राख्न भनेमा कामकारवाही केही छिटो हुन सक्नेछ । Leave all these three papers there. It might take some months for the papers to reach the Embassy. If you have any relative or friend in the UAE, you can request him/her to contact the Embassy so as to expedite the process.
