2. प्रमाणपत्रको सक्कल प्रति (राजदूतावासमा ल्याउनु अगावै प्रमाणपत्र/लव्धाङ्कपत्रहरू जारी गर्ने निकाय, शिक्षा मन्त्रालय र परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयको प्रमाणीकरण अनिवार्य छ । उदाहरणको लागि तपार्इको School Leaving Certificateराजदूतावासवाट प्रमाणीकरण गर्नुपर्ने भएमा सर्वप्रथम परिक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालय, सानोठिमीर तत् पश्चात शिक्षा मन्त्रालय र परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयवाट प्रमाणित भएको हुनुपर्ने छ ।­) Original copy of the certificate/transcript (Please note that the certificate/transcript should be attested first by the concerned issuing authority and then by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal before coming to the Embassy for attestation.)
