एक वर्षे अस्थार्इ राहदानी (Temporary Passport)

१. एक प्रति राहदानी फाराम http://www.cpo.gov.np/application-form/index.php वाट download गरेर भर्ने । Fill out one copy of the Passport Form by downloading from http://www.cpo.gov.np/application-form/index.php

२. हाल प्रयोग भइरहेको राहदानी सक्कलै र सोको प्रतिलिपि एक (Your passport and its photocopy)

३. युएर्इको भिषा भएको पानाको प्रतिलिपि एक (A copy of your UAE visa page)

४. माथि भनिए वमोजिम फारममा टाँसिएका वाहेका अन्य दुर्इ प्रति फोटोहरू । Two photographs other than the one affixed on the form)

५. राहदानी दस्तूर ८०.०० दिरहाम (AED 80.00)
यदि राहदानी हराएको भएमा थप कागजातहरू

६. राहदानी जहाँ हराएको हो त्यो क्षेत्रको प्रहरी कार्यालयले दिएको प्रतिवेदन (Police Report)

७. कम्पनीले हरार्इदिएको भएमा कम्पनीको एक पत्र (A letter to the Embassy from the concerned company)

ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुराहरूः Please note:

F फारामहरू भर्दा सवै विवरणहरू स्पष्टसंग भर्नु अनिवार्य छ । तोकिए वमोजिमको फरम्याटमा DOWONLOAD गरेर हातैले स्पष्टसंग विवरण भर्दा पनि हुन्छ । हस्ताक्षर गर्दा दिर्इएको कोठाभित्र मात्र पर्ने गरी गर्नुहोला । Please type in the forms clearly or download the forms in the given formats and fill them out as clearly as possible. Note that your signature should strictly be inside the given box without touching its borders.

F कागजात पूरा नभएको वा रीतपूर्वक फाराम नभरेको पार्इएमा त्यस्ता निवेदन माथि कुनै कारवाही गरिने छैन । The Embassy will not take any action over incomplete documents and/or documents not prepared as per the guidelines.

F पुरानो राहदानीको म्याद भुक्तान भैसकेको वा हुनै लागेको र नयाँ राहदानी तुरन्तै आवश्यक परेको अवस्थामा एकवर्षे अस्थार्इ राहदानीका लागि निवेदन गर्न सकिने छ । तर उक्त अस्थार्इ राहदानीको म्याद भुक्तान नहुँदै नयाँ मेशिन रिडेवल राहदानी लिर्इसक्नु पर्ने छ । Temporary passport with one year validity will be issued to the applicants having a urgent need of passport. A new MPR should be obtained before such a Temporary Passport expires.

F शुक्रवार, शनिवार र अन्य विदाका दिनहरू वाहेकका हरेक दिन विहान ०९.३० देखि दिउँसो १.३० वजेसम्म निवेदन पेश गर्न सकिने छ । The Consular hours of the Embassy are from 09:30 am to 01:30 pm (from Sunday to Thursday)
